This will be a Pirate Costume. I'm trying to do, if possible, even though I am not seamstress. I represent the flowy shirt with puffed sleeves and cape shoulder neckline. I believe, make two small tubes, weapons, and then a larger tube frame. Ago sew the sleeves when the hand would be. Then use a rubber band or tape to pick up her neck and wrists shirts. Does this sound like work? It is difficult to talk about without pictures, but I hope this makes sense.
